Born in 1979 to an influential Los Angeles family, Kourtney is the oldest of the four Kardashian children – Kim, Khloé, and Robert. Her father Robert was best known for his key role in the O.J. Simpsons murder trial and her mother Kris is credited as the original “momager”.
Kourtney attended the Mary Mount High School in LA, the Southern Methodist University in Dallas, and The University of Arizona in Tucson. She is a holder of a BA in Theatre Arts with a minor in Spanish and the only Kardashian sister who had graduated from college.
Kourtney’s career starts with the super-successful reality TV show Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
But Kourtney is so much more than a TV reality star and Kim Kardashian-West’s sister. Before she eventually decided to venture solo, Kourt managed a chain of clothing stores DASH with her sisters and a children’s boutique, Smooch, with her mom Kris. In April 2019, she launched her exclusive new project POOSH, dedicated to the curation of modern lifestyle.
Kourtney is also a passionate environmentalist. Her highly publicized enrolment with the non-profit Environmental Working Group has helped to raise awareness of the importance of green solutions in the cosmetics industry. In her free time, Kourt also experiments with interior design. Her LA mansion was recently featured in Architectural Digest.
