Phaedra Parks is a multi-talented attorney who is passionate about inspiring young people to build good lives for themselves. She’s also an empathetic philanthropist actively involved in helping the African American community. She rose to fame when she joined the cast of the Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Early Life

Born in Athens, Georgia, Phaedra showed interest in helping people from an early age. After graduating from Wesleyan College, she earned a Juris Doctorate Degree at the University of Georgia. She also went to Jefferson State College, where she earned a degree in mortuary sciences.

Career

After getting her law degree, Phaedra founded her own law firm, The Parks Group PC. Apart from being a managing partner there, she’s also working with the American Bar Association, where she’s on the advisory board.

Phaedra is active in the legal community and has represented various celebrities over the years. She also organizes awareness campaigns for various matters in the African American community and is tirelessly coming up with initiatives to help at-risk youth build good lives.

She’s also a successful author and motivational speaker, guiding young girls and boys toward personal growth and success. She wrote a book titled Secrets of the Southern Belle: How to be Nice, Work Hard, Look Pretty, Have Fun and Never Have an Off Moment, which quickly became a bestseller.

Her true rise to fame happened when she joined the reality TV show Real Housewives of Atlanta. The show garnered her a greater following on social media, but she remained completely down-to-earth. Her following enabled her to raise awareness of various issues in the African American community.
