Chris Brown Speaks Out & Maintains His Innocence Post Former Beauty Queen Accusations

Chris Brown is not letting his accuser, former pageant queen Baylee Curran get over on him again. He spoke with ABC News earlier today, and says he is definitely 100 percent innocent. Baylee Curran’s people on the other hand, are saying she is maintaining her innocence as well.

Chris’ people believe that Baylee should be the one to be charged, as they have reason to believe she set Chris up with an alleged text message she sent to her friend.

In the text message, she wrote, “This freak Chris Brown is kicking me out of his house because I called his friend’s jewelry fake…I’m going to set him up and call the cops and say that he tried to shoot me and that will teach him a lesson. I’m going to set his A** up.”

Chris has not been charged over Baylee’s claims, and according to one of her representatives, she gave her phone to the authorities as part of the on going investigation.

Chris spoke out today and told ABC News that he is glad his real supporters know him, and “know the truth and see the truth.”

“I cannot wait till the truth comes to light about this incident and this situation,” Brown says in the video. “You know, because my character’s been defaced and who I am as a person and my integrity…” He said.

Chris’ lawyer Mark Geragos definitely believes Baylee’s allegations were all a set up.

“There was a search that was done. They went in, and said they had a description of the piece of jewelry. Not found in the house. They went in, a gun, not found in the house.” He told ABC News.

“There’s no Chris Brown waving a gun. No Baylee looking at a box of jewelry,” He added about the surveillance cameras at Chris’ house that are also being investigated.

A lot of artists have shown support for Chris Brown during this time including 50 Cent, who is fighting to get him on his show Power, and Master P. who made a video telling Chris that he doesn’t need anymore ‘yes men’ in his circle, and needs friends that have his back, and aren’t afraid to tell him ‘no.’

Chris’ is set to be in court on September 20th, and we definitely wish him the best of luck!
