By now, everybody knows Claressa Shields doesn’t play about her man, Papoose. Recently, the boxing champ clocked all the shade when a troll tried to clown Papoose, saying they don’t understand how he stays relevant without a job. Here’s what went down.
Claressa Shields was on a livestream reading comments when somebody asked how Papoose stays relevant without a job. Shields wasn’t here for the lil’ shade at all; she clapped back quick, telling them to check Pap’s resume. “Isn’t he a artist? Can’t you look up his music?”Then she added that Pap always racks up likes on social media, so folks know what he does. “Don’t you guys follow me on a daily, hundred of thousands of y’all like his posts,”she said.
The athlete didn’t stop there, though. She told critics straight up, Papoose stays booked and busy. “He has projects he’s working on and he’s going to drop them. He also has the radio show he does every week. So he got a job. What would make you guys think he don’t have a f*****g job,”Shields continued.
Papoose still hasn’t addressed the trolls saying he’s out here unemployed. He’s too busy boo-lovin’ with Claressa to be bothered. Claressa previously gave fans a glimpse of their relationship when she posted a playful video on her Instagram Stories. In the clip, she tried to catch Pap serenading her with a love song, but the second he noticed her recording, he quickly stopped, but started cracking up once she called him out. Claressa and Papoose never refrain from sharing their love on social media. After giving a glimpse of their quality time, boo’d up vibes, LiveBitez shared some footage of them during a shopping spree. The couple was giving goals as Claressa flexed her icy diamond Bulgari bracelets. After dropping a big money bag on the accessory, she toasted it with her man and champagne. Later on, Shields revealed that she dropped $90K on her wrist.
