Last month news broke that Miami Marlin’s pitcher, Jose Fernandez and two other friends lost their lives due to a boat crash in Miami.

Now the autopsy and toxicology reports have been released, and it revealed the substances that were found in their systems.

According to TMZ, Fernandez had both alcohol and cocaine in his system at the time of the crash.

The Miami-Dade Coroner’s Office revealed that his blood alcohol content was .147, which was almost twice the legal limit. His two friends had a small amount of alcohol in their systems, and one had cocaine as well.

All three men were partying at a local bar two hours prior to the crash. The bar has a dock for boaters to pull up and get serviced.

It’s still unknown who was the one who was driving the boat at the time of the crash.
