Crystal Smith And Ne-Yo Seemingly Throw Shots At Each Other On Social Media Following Cheating Accusations

Six years of marriage between Crystal Smith and Ne-yo has seemingly gone up in flames–at least in the public eye. Crystal took to Instagram on Saturday, allegedly airing out her husband’s “lies and deceptions”–eight years worth! Less than 24 hours later, Ne-Yo liked Crystal’s post and asked the public for privacy via Twitter.Though neither party has filed for divorce, per Entertainment Tonight,the ex-ish pair took to Instagram with subliminal messages seemingly directed at each other and their rocky status.

Crystal Is Feeling “F**k N***a Free” In Selfie Video

Crystal initiated the shot-throwing with a car, selfie video singing GloRilla’sF.N.F. Dressed in a black tank and bright red lipstick, Crystal rotated the camera as she drove her red-interior car.

In the background of Crystal’s video, the lyrics, “I’m F-R-E-E, f**k-ni**a free (f**k ’em), That mean I ain’t gotta worry ’bout no f**k-ni**a cheating (woo), And I’m S-I-N-G-L-E again (yeah), Outside hanging out the window with my ratchet-a** friends” played.

Crystal also took to her Insta-Story with a lil’ message writing, “can’t compare where you could never compete.”

Ne-Yo Posts A Video About “Hearing A Bad Story”

Hours after Crystal dropped off her two posts on Instagram, Ne-Yo took to his Insta-Story with his own message. He reposted a video about people sharing the good vs. the bad.

The video’s audio said,“even if you hear a bad story about me, first understand there was a time I was good to those people, but they won’t tell you that.”

The couple’s marital status was questioned when Crystal labeled her man a liar and cheater in an Instagram post on Saturday. She alleged that Ne-Yo had been community-D for the last eight years of their relationship and marriage.

“8 years of lies and deception. 8 years of unknowingly sharing my life and husband with numerous of women who sell their bodies to him unprotectedevery last one of them! To say Im heartbroken and disgusted is an understatement,” Crystal wrote. “To ask me to stay and accept it is absolutely insane. The mentality of a narcissist. I will no longer lie to the public or pretend that this is happening it isnt. I choose me, I choose my happiness and health and my respect.”

She also said all she gained from their union besides “wasted years and heartache” are their “three beautiful children.” The couple shares six-year-old Shaffer, three-year-old Roman, and one-year-old Isabella.

They tied the knot in 2016 but announced a divorce in February 2020. In April of this year, Crystal and Ne-Yo remarried in Las Vegas.
