Roommates, after continuously flaunting their recently rekindled relationship all over social media, DaBaby and DaniLeigh have taken things a step further. DaBaby recently dropped the video for his latest song Masterpiece, and DaniLeigh was right beside him as his co-star and leading lady.
If theres one thing that DaBaby and DaniLeigh know how to do, its get people talkingand her prominent appearance in his new video was aimed to do just that. Not only does he briefly mention her in the songs lyrics, he also addresses the intense controversy surrounding an incident at Walmart where he killed a man who flashed a gun at his family.
In case you may have forgotten, DaBaby was shopping for his children and their mother at a local Walmart when two men flashed a gun at him. The rapper shot and killed one of the men, 19-year-oldJalyn Domonique Craig. He was shockingly only charged with carrying a concealed weapon, and he was sentenced to one year of probation.
Masterpiece isnt the only project that fans can expect from DaBaby to kick off 2021, as the highly-anticipated video for his link up with Megan Thee Stallion, Cry Baby, is set to drop soon.
