She had reportedly struck a moped and the motorist while driving under the influence of alcohol. Court records at the time showed a charge related to leaving the crime scene after causing serious bodily injury, per XXL. She posted a $1,000 surety bond that same day.

Witnesses reportedly told police DaniLeigh was “swerving in and out of traffic” at high speeds when she collided with the moped. She reportedly dragged the scooter for about “a block.”

DaniLeigh has largely maintained a low profile since the incident. Most recently, she popped out with her daughter, Valour, to celebrate the Grammy nomination of Victoria Mont’s two-year-old daughter Hazel.
