DC Young Fly Paid Tribute To Jacky Oh While Celebrating Their Kids

The comedian shared uploads from the festivities over the weekend, and the event was centered on honoring two of the pair’s three children—Nova, Nala, and Prince’Nehemiah.

Specifically, Nala and Prince’Nehemiah respectively commemorated their third and first birthdays, and DC Young Fly celebrated with a dual birthday party. From cute cakes and sweet singing to fun family time, DC pulled thru for the festivities.

Touchingly, we should add that DC incorporated a photo of Ms. Jacky Oh into the event, proudly displaying it on the dessert table. DC photographed the setup and wrote, “Wish you were here.”

DC Has Been Open About Staying Strong

As The Shade Room previously reported, Jacky Oh passed away on May 31st, and people specifically noted that she ascended after getting a “mommy makeover” surgery.

About a week after the news broke, DC Young Fly acknowledged her death in an Instagram post,  sharing that he “wanted it to be a dream so bad.”

While honoring Jacky, DC called her the “greatest mother” and proclaimed she’ll “always have a spot in [his] heart.”

After her funeral, DC Young Fly eventually spoke about trying to stay strong in the wake of the tragedy.

While he acknowledged “cry[ing] all the time,” DC says that he would “rather show positivity and let people know that God is greatest.”

We continue to wish DC Young Fly, his children, and the rest of Jacky Oh’s family well.
