TSR Sports: Deion Sanders’ Son, Shedeur Sanders, Changes Mind About Playing Football At Another School–Joins Dad At Jackson State University

JS! JS! JSUUU! It looks like there will be a Sanders Family affair at 1400 J.R. Lynch Street. ESPN 300 reports that the son, Shedeur Sanders, of head coach of THEE Jackson State Tigers, Deion Sanders, has decommitted from Florida Atlantic University and will join his dad at argumentatively one of the best HBCUs in the SWAC.

“He made that decision official on Friday and is now the highest-ranked prospect Jackson State has ever had, and he’s the only ESPN 300 prospect to commit to the HBCU. Sanders is the No. 60-ranked recruit overall, a 6-foot-2, 200-pound quarterback from Trinity Christian School in Cedar Hill, Texas,” ESPN 300 reports.

Shedeur Sanders wrote on Twitter, “I couldn’t pass up a(n) opportunity to help level the playing field and pursue equality for HBCU’s! Dad I got your back! #TheeIlove (tiger emoji) COMMITTED”

Deion took to Instagram and stated “I’m so proud of my son Sheduer Sanders for many reasons. Now He’s about to ride with his Daddy thru this tremendous journey we’re about to embark on,” he expressed. Deion added, “ This is a GROWN MAN Move! I love a son this is Daddy talking not #COACHPRIME.”

Shedeur is reportedly one of the top quarterbacks right now. He has reportedly thrown for 8,925 yards, 123 touchdowns and 19 interceptions. He also led his team to two state championships.

Sheduer was also the highest-ranked athlete in the 2021 class, when he committed to FAU back in July.

Other top athletes who committed to Jackson State University are Herman Smith, a former San Diego State prospect, and Braezhon Ross, three-star defensive tackle. I mean, this is truly the best choice! Everyone knows they’re about to have Jack-Town super lit.

Roomies, how do y’all feel about this?
