Diddy Asks If He Should Bring ‘Making The Band’ Back

If anyone knows anything about Diddy, it would be that he has made a huge contribution to the music industry and he has been behind the careers of some of our favorite artists.

As many of you know, Diddy was responsible for the competition show “Making The Band,” on MTV. The show which aired for 12 seasons through 2000 to 2009. The competition was responsible for the development of groups such as Da Band, Danity Kane and Day 26.

The show also birthed memorable moments, such as having a group walk all the way to Brooklyn to get him some cheesecake.

On Monday, Diddy took to social media to reveal that MTV reached out to him to ask about his thoughts on bringing the show back to our television screens.

The mogul talked about the impact the show had the first time around and asked if his followers if he should bring the show back. He encouraged people to use the #IWantMyMTB to express why they want the show to make a comeback.

The conversation even caught the attention of Aubrey O’Day, a member of Danity Kane, as she urged Diddy to finish what he started.
