DJ Khaled Shares Video Announcing The Near Completion Of His Album ‘Khaled Khaled’

Over the years, DJ Khaled has shown us that he is definitely the type to celebrate all his wins. So, it wasn’t much of a surprise when the mogul took to Instagram to share some good news with his fans. DJ Khaled announced on Monday that his pending album “Khaled Khaled” is “98.5% DONE” after receiving vocals from rapper Roddy Ricch.

Khaled posted a slightly hilarious 28-second clip to his account with a lengthy, all-caps caption. In the clip, Khaled hits us with some track star moves as he runs from inside his home to what appears to be a balcony overlooking a luscious green backyard.

Khaled appears shirtless in the video with a subtle chain hanging from his neck. The chain swings back and forth as he makes his way through the home yelling “yo the vocals just came in” over and over. He also calls for someone named Jimmy. At one point, he seems to get emotional as he continues to scream the exciting news.

“This is what it’s about for me,” DJ Khaled wrote in his caption. “The excitement the feeling the love for the music! I love making music and anyone that makes music knows when you have that special feeling,” he continued.

Check out the video posted below:

‘Khaled Khaled’ will be the triple threat deejay, producer and record executive’s 12th studio album. He has been sharing footage on his Instagram over the last few weeks of him in “album mode,” while also vacationing in the Caribbean — according to reports by Hot New Hip Hop. Along with Roddy Ricch, fans can expect to hear features on the anticipated album from Meek Mill, Tay Keith and Lil Baby to name a few.

Khaled ended his caption with as much enthusiasm as we can hear in his voice throughout the video.

“The light is love! Fan luv I had share this excitement with u! Please keep it top secret alert. Please! God is the greatest,” Khaled said.
