Dr. Dre Is Reportedly Threatening To Summon ALL The Guests Who Attended His 1996 Wedding To Testify In Divorce Trial

TSR Updatez: If Dr. Dre has taught us about himself throughout this messy divorce he is in the middle of, it’s that he has the time.

The Daily Mail reports Dr. Dre is threatening to call all the people who attended his and his estranged wife Nicole Young’s 1996 Hawaii wedding as witnesses to prove he did NOT “coerce” this woman into signing a prenup.

Dre and Nicole are battling over her share of his estimated $1 billion business empire and she maintains she was coerced into signing a prenup but after their marriage, she alleges Dre tore it up in a romantic gesture of love for her. But Dre swears he never forced to sign the doc and denies destroying it.

In new court docs obtained by the Daily Mail, Dre is demanding Nicole “identify by name and most current known address and telephone numbers of all persons who attended” their intimate 20-person wedding on May 25th, 1996.

He’s claiming these guests are “potential witnesses regarding her claim of duress” that she was “pressured” into signing the prenup agreement.

Dre’s chess move was just the latest twist in this divorce saga. He’s firing back after Nicole alleged he was faking Covid-19 concerns in order to skip out on an in-person divorce deposition earlier this week.

Nicole said that Dre hasn’t been acting concerned about COVID-19 since the pandemic arrived at the beginning of the year—so he shouldn’t be able to use the virus as an excuse to skip court appearances.

Nicole wants Dre to sit for an in-person deposition, but he stated that it must be done via Zoom meeting to keep himself and his legal time safe. However, Nicole claims that Dre has been acting recklessly during the entire pandemic and has “freely entertained” multiple people at home and elsewhere. She also accused him of participating in several social functions “without implementing even the slightest amount of social distancing protocol.”
