Chile! Roomies, social media users, have Draya Michele gagged over their deep investments in her personal life! On Friday (June 7), she took a moment to address her haters on Instagram. Her classy clapback comes amid a flood of negative reactions to her matching outfits with her daughter’s father,Jalen Green.
Since January, Draya has been in the hot seat over her romantic ties to the NBA player. Most of the online yapping is about the apparent couple’s age difference. Draya Michele is 39, while Jalen is 22. She announced her pregnancy on International Women’s Day in March after passing the seven-month mark.
Draya and Green welcomed their baby girl on Mother’s Day in May.
Even before Draya announced her pregnancy, the internet suspected a relationship between them. She had been spotted in his company a few times in 2023. They have yet to officially address their connection or decision to welcome a child.
However, they confirmed their co-parenting status after hosting a cherry-themed baby shower for the then-unborn child. Now, they seem to be making no effort to hide that they’re rocking with each other and possibly dating while raising their newborn.
Draya Michele and Jalen Green wore matching grey and white cutoff t-shirts to a star-studded celebrity event this week. A viral photo showed them posing with singer Miguel, Steelo Brim, and Sam Jay.
As the photo made its rounds on social media, Draya used her IG Story to clear the folks talking mess. She declared that “no picture or video” on Instagram can “set [her] off” the way “pics and videos” of her do to people. She called the investment in her life “strange.”

Last year, she told Thembi of ‘Stepping Into The Shade Room’ that she’s open to having another child, regardless of a relationship. For her, the qualification to co-parent is more was a mutual understanding and investment in being parents.
