Druski went viral after sharing a video from the Coulda Been Records auditions in Washington, D.C.
Coulda Been Records is a satirical record label created by Druski, in which he pretends to be a rude record label executive who holds auditions. His latest skit was of auditions in Washington, D.C. for hopeful musicians, and the video clip shared on Instagram is captioned, “COMMENT THE FUNNIEST PART FROM DC AUDITIONS .”
The video features multiple people auditioning for Coulda Been Records, and one woman noted her son was murdered. She added that her son was a musician, and Druski replied that he’s sure her music is good because her son “passed away.”
After the woman began to rap, he abruptly cut her off.
“What the f*ck are you talkin’ about? Your son passed away rappin’? And you did a tribute like that?”
The woman noted that her son was a rapper, but she was a singer. Druski instructed her to sing, which she did, albeit off-key, as he looked at her with an angry, exaggerated expression.
“Girl, what the f*ck?”
Another clip featured a man from D.C., but Druski insisted he was from Baltimore because of his sideburns, even though the man said otherwise.
Druski insulted another contestant by saying the audio of his wife’s voice sounded like a man. After the man repeated that it was his wife, the comedian doubled down.
“That’s your husband, cuz this n*gga got a deep voice right here,” said Druski.
The man replied, “I’ma f*ck you up!”
“I need to talk to your son,” the comedian added.
@thebronxbrujallc added, “I can tell by ya side burns youre from Baltimore maaaaan WTF?! .”
Druski also went viral on July 19 after trimming his beard. In addition, got rid of the blonde dye in his hair.
The BET Awards’ host shared a selfie on Instagram with text that read, Nomore Blonde, Nomore Long Beard. End of an Era.
Fans thought he looked like several other celebs, including Ice Cube and Anthony Anderson.
