Howard has officially dropped the restraining order he previously filed against his estranged wife as the pair continues navigating their separation.
According to TMZ, Howards attorney, Gillian B. Fierer, says the move was intended to help move things toward a more peaceful, amicable divorce resolution. She added that its not unusual for protective orders to be dismissed during divorce proceedings when both sides are trying to move toward a final settlement. Just last week, Howard had secured the restraining order after a judge signed off on it on April 7, with strict terms in place that kept Amy from going near his Georgia mansion, contacting him or his family, or showing up at his childrens school. Now that the order has been dropped, Howard is reportedly asking for privacy as the former couple works toward closing out their split for goodand fans are definitely watching how this unfolds next.
