Well, according to the way they celebrated the new year, it looks like the rumor mill is going to continue grinding! On Jan. 1, footage surfaced of Erica and Scrappy getting close and comfy on the dance floor at Atlanta restaurant Lock & Key. Someone from their entourage appeared to be filming the moment.

The Instagram Story caption read:

“We had a time last night, definitely brought the new year in on one 2024,” @swiftplaya wrote, tagging Erica, Scrappy, and several others.

Erica wore a deep purple ensemble with a mini-dress cut and long sleeves. She was also rocking what looked like a fresh blowout. Meanwhile, her eldest daughter’s father came through in a navy blue button-down and black pants.

What stood out to fans in the clip, though, was the way Erica Dixon was throwing thatthangback. And yes, Scrappy was definitely catching it while he kept one hand on her hip.

Here’s Why Fans Speculated Erica & Scrappy Got Back Together in 2023

In October, Erica Dixon took to Instagram to make it clear that she’s single and Scrappy is too. Her post came while she was out in Hawaii celebrating her birthday. The ‘Rock Yo Hips’ rapper was also present.

At the time, she said:

“I ultimately have to have a relationship, deal with him forever because we do share a child. Emani is going to get married one day, have kids and [we gon] share a grandchild. Like we just gon forever be family. Some people get it, some people dont. I think were just both at a place where we just want peace, but hes single. Yall wanna hollar at him, jump in his DMs.”

Then, a couple of weeks later, in November, Erica and Scrappy raised eyebrows when they popped out for a nightclub outing and then attended Usher’s Las Vegas residency.

Days before they got down at Lock & Key, Erica and Scrappy also shared moments from what seemed like an official multi-date.

On Dec. 27, Dixon shared a look at a luxury Georgia spot called The Spa at Chateau Elan. Then, she shared a clip featuring two wine glasses on a table, followed by a peek at her plus-one: Lil Scrappy.
