Flavor Flav has the internet cracking up at his reaction to being mistaken for fellow rapper Boosie.
Earlier this week, comedian and “social media prankster” Gerald Huston spotted Flav out in public, per HipHopDX. Huston recorded the moment and shared the footage via his Instagram feed.
In the clip, Huston is seen approaching Flav as he walks with a group of individuals.
“Lil Boosie, bro?” Huston says to Flav while holding out his hand for a dap.
In reaction, the rapper appears briefly confused. However, he extends his hand to dap Huston and even gives him a quick hug.
As the video continues, Huston keeps referring to Flav as “Lil Boosie.” However, Flav appears to play along, seeming unfazed.
“Everybody say that, everybody say that,” Flav says.
At that point, Huston appears to recognize his error.
“You ain’t Lil Boosie?” he asks Flav.
Flav then tells Huston that Boosie is his “guy.”
“You know what I’m saying? I am his daddy,” Flav adds while shaking his head emphatically. “You want me to be yours too?”

Flavor Flav is just one of the many celebrities who have fallen victim to Huston’s pranks. In July, Huston also went viral for pranking popular food critic Keith Lee.
At the time, Huston spotted Lee, who was with his security, and acted as if he had mistaken the critic for rapper DDG. In this instance, one man accompanying Lee apparently his security guard strongly reacted to Huston’s prank.
