The Innanet doesn’t seem quite the same without former President Donald Trump. Donnie was always online sharing his opinion, and although many of us didn’t like the things he wrote, it always sparked up a conversation. If you recall, his antics caused him to be permanently banned from Twitter and Facebook back in January after he incited violence after the terrorist attacks on the U.S. Capital.
Twitter announced by tweeting, “After a close review of recent Tweets from the @realDonaldTrump account and the context around them, we have permanently suspended the account due to the risk of further incitement of violence.” Donnie fought back and tried to appeal the decision for Facebook, according to USA Today, but the company’s Oversight Board is still reviewing its decision.
However, he isn’t letting Twitter and Facebook keep him offline though. According to Fox News, Donnie’s Senior Adviser Jason Miller said he’s planning on a return that will surely shake the table! Jason told Fox News in regards to Donnie’s online presence, “I do think that we’re going to see President Trump returning to social media in probably about two or three months here, with his own platform.”
He continued, “This is something that I think will be the hottest ticket in social media, it’s going to completely redefine the game, and everybody is going to be waiting and watching to see what exactly President Trump does.” Now Jason wasn’t able to spill all the tea about the platform just yet, but he claims that Donnie has been having various meetings with teams interested in the venture and that “numerous companies” have approached him. Jason also did say that “This new platform is going to be big.” In addition, he thinks it will draw “tens of millions of people” to the platform.
Roomies, do you think people will actually use Donald Trump’s upcoming platform?
