Gorgeous Doll has shared pics of her alleged texts with Kai Cenat after accusing him of impregnating her with twins and paying $150K to terminate her pregnancy.
During the early hours of Tuesday, October 8, Gorgeous Doll took to TikTok to share a video with her followers. Furthermore, the clip was captioned, “He In Fact Did Pay For the Hospital Bill IN FULL… As I Sent It RIGHT When It arrived in the mail and he has a full video of the Bill and EVERYTHING ON IT INCLUDING THE BREAKDOWN… Im DONE proving my Truth If u dnt believe it then dont… BUT U CANT CALL ME A LIARRRR IM NOT MAD AT KAI AN I DIDNT DROP THIS STORY TO HURT HIM IN ANYWAY I DROPPED IT TO CLEAR MY NAME!!”
The clip appeared to show her $13,000 hospital bill, along with texts sent and replied to an individual saved in her phone as “KC3.”

As The Shade Room previously reported, on Sunday, October 4, Gorgeous Doll took to the internet to share a 32-minute-long video in which she accused a then-21-year-old Kai Cenat of getting her pregnant with twins in 2023. Furthermore, she alleged that Cenat lied and said he was 25 during the time of their interaction, and ultimately revealed his true age after she informed him she was pregnant.
Per Gorgeous, Cenat told her he was too young to have kids let alone twins. And ultimately, she allegedly gave him two options: support her and the kids with a house and a monthly stipend, or pay her $200,000 for having an abortion. She says they ultimately traveled from Atlanta to New York, where she underwent the procedure, and Cenat only ended up paying her $150,000.
Furthermore, on Monday, October 5, Gorgeous responded to a commenter who reacted to her latest Instagram post, asking, “Soooo Im trying to figure out the purpose of telling us about this $150K? What are we supposed to do with that info? You used your free will to make a decision, got paid for it & were supposed to do what? Lol”
