Halle Bailey Stuns With Her Cover Of SWV’s Classic Hit “Rain” In New Instagram Video

Roommates, Halle Bailey and her sister Chloe Bailey have been on a crazy hot streak with their posts on social media, ever since they decided to create their own Instagram accounts. Now, Halle Bailey recently posted her latest piece of content and it features her absolutely killing a cover version of the classic 1997 SWV song “Rain”—and it had fans in a frenzy.

As she is currently in London filming her leading role as “Ariel” in the upcoming live action version of Disney’s “The Little Mermaid,” Halle Bailey is using her down time to slay us with her amazing vocals. Both Halle and Chloe have been using their Instagram pages lately to showcase their vocal skills, as older sister Chole recently went viral once again after she posted her rendition of Yung Bleu’s hit song “Your Mines Still.”

Meanwhile as we previously reported, Halle may be the younger sister, but she is definitely the more protective one, as she clapped back at Mathew Knowles for his recent comments about Chloe in comparison to his daughter Beyonce.

Social media was in a major uproar earlier this month when Mathew Knowles threw an intense amount of shade at Chloe Bailey after he was interviewed and asked about the ongoing comparisons between Chloe and his daughter Beyoncé being similar artists.

In response to the question, Mathew said the following:

“Are you telling me someone is idiot enough to compare her to Beyoncé talent wise? It’s a yes or no. Are there people saying her talent is equal to Beyonce? They’re an idiot, period. That’s actually insulting to Beyoncé. If you wanted to call out Barbara Streisand or some people like that…like come on, man.”

Well Halle Bailey seemingly wasn’t going to let those comments slide and tweeted this:

“How amazing is it that @ChloeBailey is already an icon. Just popped in to say that.. i ride for my sister till the enddd okayyyy.”

We can’t wait to see what the Bailey sisters do next!
