The 2025 Streamer Awards continue to spark viral moments, and the latest controversy involves popular VTuber Ironmouse and streamers Rakai and Ray. Days after the show, Ironmouse went live to share that her interaction with the two left her feeling extremely uncomfortable, and now social media is reacting.
A few days after the awards, popular Vtuber Ironmouse went live and opened up about her encounter with Ray and Rakai at the event. The moment was captured on stream when the Clover members approached Ironmouses iPad, appearing excited and calling her a legend.
Ironmouse told the streamers they could ask her anything. Ray and Rakai then asked where she was streaming from, what she looked like, and her ethnicity.
Now, Ironmouse is speaking out, saying the interaction made her extremely uncomfortable and left her shaking.
Ironmouses statement sparked a wave of reactions online as many tried to understand her level of discomfort. Heres what commenters said in The Shade Room Teens comments section:
Thursday evening, Ray went live to address Ironmouses recent statements. He apologized for making her feel uncomfortable but added that he believed they were having a normal conversation and thought everything was cool.
This controversy follows a string of issues surrounding Clover members. One was recently accused of threatening streamer FanFan, who hosted the awards and made a joke referencing Kai Cenat to Diddy. Additionally, Tylil James recently clarified rumors after social media began linking him to sexual assault allegations following Jourdin Paulines statement claiming she was assaulted by a popular streamer with a girlfriend. Ray said these recent moments make him feel like people are intentionally trying to tear the Clover Boyz down.
