Here’s What Javaughn Young-White Shared In His Apology

On Friday, August 9, White took to Instagram to share text post via his feed. He explained that earlier in the week, the public “became aware” of court documents submitted on his behalf by his “former representation.”

White alleged that documents were filed based on “general recollections” he shared in an “initial consultation” with his previous rep.

“They were filed with choice language I didn’t okay,” he added. “I regret they were included.”

White explained that before his filing, he received allegations against an individual named Priest Neto and his church. He now believes those individuals “were attempting” to use those allegations to “escalate their own disputes within the church.”

“As of today, those parties no longer align with those allegations,” he said. “Understandably, I was not aware of this at the time.”

White explained that when he was giving the allegations, his daughter was “no longer affiliated” with the church. However, his concern was still raised.

Furthermore, White reiterated that his initial counsel with his previous lawyer was “never approved for submission.”

“To be clear: the explicit wording of this account did not have my approval either,” White wrote.

The father concluded his message by explaining that he believes his initial alarm was warranted due to the allegations he received. However, he apologizes for the “role” he played in “perpetuating these claims.”
