Roomies, what was supposed to be a routine day for Michigan renter Javon Crawford quickly turned into something straight out of a horror story no one signs up for. While he and his wife were at a hospital visit, an alert came from a live security camera inside their home. Let’s just say… it revealed a situation involving their landlord that would leave anybody speechless.
According to reports, the footage shows his landlord who is supposed to be handling maintenance in the home engaging in inappropriate sexual activity inside the tenants living room. Things allegedly escalate further when the landlord later walks around the home unclothed. And, he even entered the kitchen afterward. Javon Crawford describes the situation as creepy, adding that the landlord appears completely at ease, as if nothing unusual has just taken place.
The disturbing discovery has since sparked outrage online. Moreover, Crawford and his wife reportedly returned home, cleaned the space thoroughly, and turned the footage over to the police. While it remains unclear what charges, if any, will follow, officials note that the landlord could face trespass-related consequences or civil action for violating the lease agreement. The landlord has not publicly responded to the allegations.
Roomies, these landlords stay wildin but still expect rent like nothing happened! As previously reported, Adam LouisAnson allegedly showed up at tenant Carlos Alberto Gonzalezs home with a semi-automatic pistol. Additionally, he initially claimed he was there to adjust the thermostat. However, the situation escalated into a deadly confrontation that left Gonzalez fatally shot. He died after being transported to the hospital. After the incident, which took place at the 9400 block of Southwest 17th Terrace in Westchester, Florida, reports say Anson allegedly re-entered the home. He allegedly adjusted the thermostat anyway, then contacted police claiming self-defense. Furthermore, officials confirmed Anson faces charges of second-degree murder and armed burglary.
