PDA With Bae? Here’s Why Fans Think Jennifer Hudson And Common “Go Together”

Jennifer Hudson and Common might be the new couple on the celebrity block! At least, that’s what fans think after the entertainers enjoyed a lil’ public PDA recently.

According to The Daily Mail, the rumored couple spent Saturday night together in New York City! They pulled up to an establishment called Joe’s Pub, a concert venue, hand-in-hand.

The photo shows a G-rated version of their alleged romance, but Common definitely looked satisfied! Though his face is slightly turned away from the camera, his toothy smile is visible from the side. Meanwhile, Jennifer appeared to be in mid-reaction.

They kept their ‘fits for their Big Apple date night comfy and cozy. Jennifer Hudson rocked a white jacket, black slacks, and closed-toe boots. While Common pulled off a cream-and-khaki look with white sneakers.

What We Know About Jennifer Hudson And Common’s Rumored Relationship

If this is your first sip of the Jennifer Hudson and Common tea, know that this isn’t the first or second-time fans have romantically linked them.

In September 2022, Jennifer shut down talks of dating the musician in an interview with Entertainment Tonight. At the time, they were filming for the upcoming filmBreathe (2024) and were cast as husband and wife.

“People create their narratives of it, and its like, OK, you know, how you feel,” she says when asked about the rumors. “We shot a film together, and he played my husband. We gotta eat in between those moments,” she told ET.

The dating rumors came back around in February of this year after they pulled up to Nobu in Malibu together, per TMZ. In May, a photo showed them with their arms linked, walking in the Chicago suburb where JHud reportedly lives.

By August, Jennifer seemed a bit more open about speaking publicly on Common. She told a TMZ reporter “thank you” following a comment about them making a “beautiful couple.” Despite calling him a “beautiful man,” she did not confirm or deny being in a relationship with him.

Days before this most recent NYC photo surfaced, she spoke to Gayle King about being “very happy” in her relationship.

“Boo’ed up? I think it’s more sophisticated than boo’ed up… Definitely not an entanglement. That’s for sure,” Hudson said onCBS Mornings.
