Jeremih Says He’s Not Sure If He Wants To Take The COVID-19 Vaccine & Explains Why He Still Wears His Hospital Bracelet

Jeremih is home for the holidays, and he’s still speaking out about his recent experience with COVID-19.

In his first sit down interview, he spoke in more detail about his experience. When asked if he would be taking the vaccine, which has been approved and is being distributed, he said that he wasn’t sure.“Right now, I’m good, I’m still taking shots from the hospital. So, I’m good for my shots right now,” he said.

It was also mentioned that although he has been out of the hospital for some time, he is still wearing his hospital bracelet.

When asked why he has made that decision to still wear the bracelet, Jeremih said, “Just a reminder of what I’ve been through. At the same time, these types of bands be hard to take off too. After a couple of days, I just be looking at it…I just want to remind myself what I’ve been through, and sometimes to just remind myself my purpose here on this earth. While in there, I was unsure whether I was still going to be able to walk on this earth.”

As we previously reported, Jeremih verbally spoke out about his experience when he called into “Sway’s Universe.” During that interview, he described what it was like for him while he was still inside of the hospital and said, “I had a tube down my throat for about a week and a half. I was really like, in a dream. I woke up two times, and all I remember seeing is a white light.”

He continued to state that there were different parts of his body that started shutting down.

“All my organs became inflamed. My heart started beating irregularly, my kidneys went out, my liver started to go bad. Mind you, I didn’t know what was going on at the time. I was out.”

We’re glad to see Jeremih is doing better and is at home with his loved ones.
