Jessica White Gets Candid About Her “Emotionally Abusive Relationship”

Jessica delivered her commentary on the matter during a sit-down with Page Six, which was published on Tuesday.

During the brief interview, she straight-up declared, “I went through an emotionally abusive relationship.”

After saying that “everybody goes through it,” Jessica White proclaimed she’s “the first person in Hollywood to talk about it” and “not try to make a pretty picture.”

“I am just the first person in Hollywood to talk about it and not try to make a pretty picture of it. I don’t want to be perfect.”

The Model Previously Said She & Nick Cannon Were “Beautifully Broken” & “Hurt Each Other”

As The Shade Room reported, Jessica recently touched on her relationship with Nick while discussing her personal healing journey earlier this month.

White’s message came in the form of a lengthy caption beneath a now-deleted Instagram post.

After declaring that she gave Nick “eight ride-or-die years,” she said she didn’t believe he reciprocated her feelings.

However, despite the hardships, Jessica said she’s “emotionally healthy” and aware of how “awesome” she is.

“I wanted the world to know I didn’t always feel good like [Nick Cannon] was proud to have me as a partner and I’m so happy I can say that now and still know how awesome I am. I’m proud I can say the truth and how I’m healthy emotionally and wouldn’t change my insane insecurities that I prayed off my life.”

White was sure to also acknowledge how “God has taken [her] hurt.” She also proclaimed, “There’s big, big love coming to me that will fill up my memories with joy.” PERIOD!

After declaring that she was “mov[ing] on from public shame” and finding “glory [in her] broken past,” Jessica White said that she and Nick Cannon “hurt each other.”

“The truth is [Nick Cannon] and I were both beautifully broken when we were children and didn’t know how to love each other. Instead we hurt each other.”
