Joseline Hernandez Fires Back At Stevie J’s Claims That She Won’t Allow Him To See Their Daughter, Sues Him For More Child Support

Whew, the battle of the exes just keeps going between these two! To say that former couple (and parents to Bonnie Bella) Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez have a strained relationship is a definite understatement, as the two have been going back and forth for quite awhile now regarding they custody of their daughter. Apparently, Joseline didn’t appreciate Stevie previous claims that she is keeping him from his daughter—and now she’s firing back.

Before we get into all that, let’s rewind a bit. Back in May, Stevie filed official court documents asking that a judge award him primary full custody of his 3-year-old daughter, claiming that Joseline is a bad mom who deliberately is keeping them apart. At the time, Stevie accused Joseline of “parental alienation” following her move to Miami to allegedly be with her new boo. He also said that she wouldn’t even let him speak to his daughter on the phone or have a say in how she’s being raised—all violations of their current paternity agreement.

According to @BossipOfficial, following Stevie’s claims that she is mentally and financially unstable, Joseline is now slamming his claims regarding her parenting. In new court documents, she is requesting that Stevie pay more child support instead of attempting to discredit her as a mom.

Joseline also stresses that she has complied with their custody agreement every step of the way and never kept Stevie from his daughter. Furthermore, she denied Stevie’s claims as a “frivolous action to try to take the child from the only home the child has known.”

Joseline is asking a judge to deny Stevie J’s custody and child support claims—and instead award her additional child support.

Both parties are due back in court later this month.
