Whew, chileeee! JT had some words for a social media user who came for her Barbie-inspired makeup.
For context, JT dropped some Valentine’s Day pics on Instagram, channeling her inner Barbie while performing at Cosmopolitan’s Love Ball. The photos instantly went viral as she fully committed to the look with her makeup, hair, and pink mini dress. Social seemed to have plenty to say about her makeup, but JT kept it cute and didn’t respond.
But when she later posted a new look rocking a black fit with neutral glam, an X user named @icybbyyy couldn’t help but compare, saying the fresh makeup looked good but the Barbie beat just wasn’t it. “now this looks gorgeous on jt. that other makeup look was not it.”Well, JT had time! The ‘Okay’ raptress clapped back real quick, making it clear she wasn’t taking their advice.
“You lucky you slick look like you can be my cousin or I would’ve dragged you! Just know I would never take advice from you basic bertha!” JT replied.
Over in The Shade Room’s comment section, social media users were living for JT’s clapback. While other folks showed love, saying her Barbie look ATE!
