Judge Finds Tekashi 69 Does Not Pose A Danger To Community–Will Serve Rest Of Sentence On House Arrest (Exclusive Details)

TSR Exclusive Details: Tekashi 69 was released from jail earlier today after the judge in his case approved his request for a compassionate release in regard to the coronavirus.

According to court docs obtained by The Shade Room, “Mr. Hernandez does not pose a danger to the community,” prompting an order for Tekashi’s release but he’s not necessarily a free man. Tekashi will serve the first four months of supervised release on house arrest, and he’ll be forced to wear an ankle monitor at an address approved by his probation officer.

In light of the pandemic, Tekashi must remain at his home except to go to the doctor or to visit his attorney with prior notice and approval by the Probation Department.

It appears Tekashi was released early without the public knowing for his protection. The court ordered the info to be docketed at 4 p.m. on Thursday so that law enforcement agents could ensure that Tekashi would be transported safely and securely from the facility where he was locked up at.

About two weeks ago, Tekashi requested an early release due to the pandemic but was initially denied. I guess as things started to get real and given his past medical record, the judge decided to let him pass this time.

It’s unclear if he’ll be hopping on live anytime soon or if he’ll have a social media presence at all but it wasn’t necessarily noted that he couldn’t be on social media. We promise to keep you posted on the latest.
