Judge In G Herbo Fraud Case Grants His Request To Be Able To Communicate With His Team And Half Brother (Exclusive)

TSR Exclusive: About a month out from his next hearing, G Herbo recently requested via his attorney to modify the conditions of his release so that he can communicate with his team as well as his half brother.

To catch yall up to speed, G Herbo was charged in a federal fraud case last December. He and some of his associates are accused of using stolen IDs to make more than $1 million in luxury purchases and though he maintains his innocence, Herb surrendered to authorities and was released shortly after.

Herbs release had several conditions including a no contact list of people he is not able to communicate with. According to federal docs obtained by The Shade Room, Herb is looking to change that expeditiously, as he requested in federal court this week to modify the list and remove six names including his manager, business partner, tour manager, and his own half brother.

Its a fair request considering another condition of his release is to maintain employment and it would be quite difficult for him to continue making music as well as conduct his business operations without being able to talk to some of these people.

In order to comply with the Conditions of his Release and maintain his work in the music and entertainment industry, it is necessary and essential that Wright be permitted to contact Joseph Bowden, Diandre Davis, Kimberly Fernandez, Mykkel Nance and Deandre Woods because all individuals are directly involved in his work, the docs read.

Herbs attorney also noted that Kimberly Fernandez is G Herbos aunt and part-time personal assistant and Cecil Davis is his half brother.

Additionally, the Governments No Contacts list includes Cecil Davis, who is Wrights half-brother. Wright and Davis are potential guests at the same family events, and therefore, Wright respectfully requests that he be permitted to contact Davis, his attorney wrote.

Well, the judge in his case, Magistrate Judge Katherine A. Robertson, seems to agree with the reasons listed because she granted the request.

Herb, who is also expecting his second child soon with girlfriend Taina Williams, is due back in court in early May. Well keep you posted on this one!
