Kai Cenat is taking accountability for how he handled his breakup with ex-girlfriend Gabrielle Alayah. Cenat publicly apologized to Gigi and took accountability for how he handled their breakup. He said the pair ended their relationship for personal reasons and acknowledged that he regretted not speaking up as false narratives and accusations about Gigi spread online. Cenat admitted he should have defended her instead of remaining silent, emphasizing that their breakup was not the result of cheating or any of the rumors that circulated on social media. As previously reported, Cenat confirmed the end of the relationship in December 2025, writing on X, “I’m single and never getting in a relationship again.”
