Twitch streamer and internet personality Kai Cenat has officially made history. On Sunday, September 28 27 days into his month-long livestream marathon Cenat became the first streamer to ever surpass 1 million subscribers on Twitch, breaking his own subscriber record.
While most of us were catching Zs early Sunday morning, Kai Cenat was wide awake and busy making history. Furthermore, his road to the 1 million subscriber milestone was filled with high-profile appearances from celebrities, including Kim Kardashian, the Jonas Brothers, Snoop Dogg, and more. This, while also delivering streams with non-stop entertainment for hundreds of thousands of viewers.
But in the moment he reached 1 million subscribers, Kai was surrounded by the people he loved most, cheering for him as he crossed the finish line.
Shortly after reaching the goal, Cenat shared a celebratory tweet:
“Starting 2025 I was a little lost and didnt know how it was gonna go. But fast forward and now Im here1,000,000 subs. Thank you God Goal is officially complete.”
As news of the achievement spread, Cenats close friends and family shared personal messages congratulating him on the historic moment.
His girlfriend, Gigi, posted a message on Instagram: So proud of you Watching you chase your dreams has shown me what faith, hard work, and determination really look like. I see the long nights, the stress, and the sacrifices that most people dontand it only makes me admire you more. You definitely deserve it all. #1
Not all money is good money, he said. Sometimes its worth taking the longer route to get to where you need to be.
