One of the biggest questions fans had for Kandi Burruss and Kenya Moore was whether they were still in contact with Nene Leakes. Kandi shared that she still speaks to her former ‘RHOA’ co-star, and even spoke with her recently.
Meanwhile, Kenya said she’s chatted with Nene “on and off and has seen her out.” “We’ll give each other a hug, we’ll talk tea. You know, she’s obviously full of opinions. I wish her all the best, I really do,”Kenya said.
Switching things up, Kandi gave Nene flowers by speaking on her appearance, saying she looks “AMAZING.” And adding that she’s been “looking great online lately.”
However, things got a lil’ spicy when Kenya Moore laughed at Kandi’s compliment but still agreed that Nene is out here looking goodt! What left fans scratching their heads was Kenya’s extra comments. Even though she complimented Nene for killing it, she also said she should “back off of the filters and stuff.”
Kenya’s response led Kandi to clap back and say “All of y’all use filters,” while looking directly into the camera. Kenya denied relying on filters “like that” in her response. She also bragged that her looks are all-natural, adding that she “wakes up looking like this.”
“I mean we’ve all done too much editing to our photos and do filters and things like that from time to time but she definitely has amazing skin, the wigs are together now, she dresses crazy. Her wardrobe just looks so good on her body. She doesn’t need the filters. She doesn’t need the heavy editing. I just think she needs to back off of that and she’s fine. I love me some Nene and I definitely think she deserves a second chance at a new career,” Kenya explained.
The Roommates immediately flooded The Shade Room’s comment section with reactions to Kandi Burruss and Kenya Moore. A few claimed Kandi clocked all of the tea on Nene, while others said it’s only a matter of time before she reads both of them for their comments.
