The internet is popping off with questions and reactions after Karlissa Saffold Harvey appeared to link up with Rela Coleman, who claims she’s also expecting a baby with Blueface. Fans immediately clocked Karlissa and Rela’s pop out since Blueface is also gearing up to welcome a baby boy with Nevaeh Akira.
Recently, Karlissa Saffold Harvey dropped a video on Instagram featuring an unexpected guest. In the clip, fans quickly noticed the woman beside her appeared to be Rela Coleman, the woman who claims she’s also expecting a baby with Blueface. Karlissa and Rela appeared to be at a restaurant in the video, where Karlissa pointed to Rela’s belly and said, “little Karlissa,” before adding, “she’s on the way, guys,” as Rela smiled and rubbed her growing baby bump. In her caption, Karlissa shared that she looked forward to welcoming a new grandchild and felt happy knowing the child would allegedly carry her name.“If you a granny and your grandbaby is named after you lol you know how I feel ”Karlissa wrote.
After that, Karlissa slid into her comment section with more words, adding that she wouldn’t leave any woman expecting a baby with Blue behind.“No BM LEFT BEHIND”She then told folks who had nothing positive to say to keep it moving.“If you not happy for us move off the page Karlissa or lil Karlissa give a funk how you feel ”
Once Karlissa dropped the video of her and Rela, the comment section lit UP! Plenty of folks accused them of clout chasing, while others questioned Karlissa’s intentions.

Meanwhile, a photo in Rela’s post showed what appeared to be a positive pregnancy test, and the document claimed her expected delivery date falls on December 29, 2026. If Rela is indeed pregnant with Blue’s child, she would become the second woman that he is preparing to welcome a child with. The rapper is also expecting a son with Nevaeh Akira, who reportedly has a due date of August 24. Recently, Nevaeh and Blueface shook up the internet after they posted together for Western-themed maternity photos.
