Keke Palmerand Darius Daulton Jackson celebrated the New Year and their baby moon with a tropical getaway. The 29-year-old actor took to Instagram to share photos and videos of the experience on Tuesday.
Palmer celebrated her baby moon alongside her boyfriend Darius Daulton Jackson. She proudly told fans on Instagram that the event was in “full effect.” However, one lesson that she had to learn to master on this trip was resting.

baby moon was in full affect.im really proud of myself for resting this trip. i am antsy by nature. i love having a schedule, even on vacation. i learned to at least schedule things leisurely so i have something to complete thats on brand with the theme of the season.
which is, rest. i will refrain from saying soft girl life or whatever new label the folks are using . && instead ill just say that for me the theme is rest because, i can. i have spent many seasons sacrificing and i am quite fine with that, i learned that from my father. from both my parents, but my dad takes the cake. i want to be just like him. his life is full and he has given so much. i dont think giving or sacrificing are bad things, its who i am and that will never change. but every season we are meant to embrace something new.
Keke went on to say that during her season of pregnancy, she will “learn how to really take it easy.”
this season i am going to learn how to really take it easy. how to go slow(or slower than i have which is speedy for the average - ) because it definitely doesnt mean my drive and passion will end, just transform and evolve through a different tool. how will channeling my skill through this pov make me sharper?
the point is. everything thats going to come is already in motion. all i have to do is enjoy. be grateful and reap the benefits of those that came before me, all the sacrifices, all the prayers and all the power to be intentional and at EASE.
Before ending the post, Keke let fans comically know that she’s still adjusting to being able to feel the baby moving inside of her belly.

As The Shade Room previously reported, Palmer revealed her pregnancy during her first hosting of Saturday Night Live.
There [are] some rumors going around, people have been in my comments saying Kekes having a baby, Kekes pregnant, and I wanna set the record straight I am.
Palmer sported a grey trenchcoat and ripped it open, revealing her growing baby bump. She then proudly cradled it in front of the cheering audience.
it is bad when people on the internet spread rumors about you yall, but its even worse when theyre correct. I mean, like, I was trying so hard to keep it on the down low cause I got a lot of stuff going on, you know… but honestly, this has been the biggest blessing, and I am so excited. Guys, Im going to be a mom.
