Kerrion Franklin Thanks His Parents For Supporting Him Following His Release From Jail

Fresh Out! Kirk Franklin’s son Kerrion Franklin is finally out of jail after being arrested in April, and is back to being active on social media. If you recall, Beverly Hills police arrested Kerrion around 7:30 a.m. PT on Sunday, April 10th, for allegedly driving a car belonging to a woman reported missing and presumed to be dead. He also had a gun in the vehicle.

In an Instagram post on Thursday night, Kerrion revealed that he was a free man and thanked his parents and gospel artist Pastor John P. Kee for their prayers. He wrote,

“James Chapter 1:2-4. Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it all great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.”

He added,

“PS #LosersLoveRumors #Shoutout 222 the Real #TeamKerrion #Shoutout My Mother & My Father & My Lighthouse @keetwit thank you for the prayers & the wind the most High is moving me in.”

While sparing the details of the pending case, Kerrion did share that the journey wasn’t over and mentioned he had one more case left to handle dealing with this matter!

Hundreds of Roomies were happy to see that Kirk was supporting his son. It’s no secret that the two had a tumultuous relationship. Last March, Kirk was trending on Twitter after Kerrion leaked a video of his father cussing him out. In the clip, the GRAMMY-Award winning gospel artist said,

“Let me say it like this when you b****h a** start … get your skinny m*******kin a** out the way before I put my foot in your a**.”

Kirk eventually issued an apology, but it looks like the two may have made amends from the looks of this post!
