We know divorces can get nasty, but Keyshia Cole and Daniel Booby Gibson seemingly kept it cute during their divorce proceedingsso much so that the two are not seeking any child nor spousal support.
In documents obtained by the Blast, the two have agreed to no child support. Theyll take care of their 10-year-old son when hes in their respective care.
Each party is ordered to support the minor child while the child is residing with that Party and current child support is set at zero,” the settlement said.
Keyshia and Booby have also opted out of spousal support.
“The Court finds that both parties waives any right to current spousal support. No court shall have jurisdiction to order any spousal support for either party at any time,” the settlement reads.
When it comes to education, the two will share the cost. They will equally share the cost of the minor childs tuition and aII such cost shall be timely paid directly to the minors school.”
Additionally, Keyshia and Booby have agreed not to make disparaging remarks about one another and their families.
Both parents [agreed] not to disparage the other parent or the other parent’s family members in the hearing of the child, or otherwise discourage the child from spending time with the other parent, The Blast reports.
Theres even a clause that states if the two decide to get back together, everything will remain the same.
“Any reconciliation between the Parties shall not cancel, terminate modify or waive any provisions of this Judgment unless the Parties so agree in writing. However, nothing in this subsection shall be construed to waive either Party’s rights in community property accrued after a reconciliation.”
Good to see them split amicably. Keyshia and Booby have both moved on.
Keyshia Cole also has another son, Tobias, with singer Niko Khale. Daniele Booby Gibson is currently dating Sinfony Rosales.
