Harris took to Instagram on Monday (February 24) to share the message and updated photo of his son, King Jr. In the picture, he was holding his newborn up to the sky while cheesing. Meanwhile, Jr. was looking straight ahead with his little belly exposed and an adorable white sweater paired with pink pants and baby shoes. Harris’ post, though, featured the new picture in a collage with a screenshot of a famous ‘Lion King’ scene, the birth of Simba and his presentation to the kingdom.
In the caption, King Harris wrote, “Everything the light touches… is our kingdom. But a kings time as ruler rises and falls like the sun. One day, the sun will set on my time here, and will rise with you as the NEW KING.”
After The Shade Room reposted Harris’ message, some roommates weighed in with positive reactions to the 20-year-old’s apparent growth since becoming a dad.
