Latto & Her Dad Previously Had Tension

As suggested by some of the roommates’ reactions, Latto and Shayne Stephens weren’t always on good terms. She was introduced into the industry as a father-daughter management duo. Then, in 2024, she accused her dad of stealing from her. At the time, she shared the comment on Instagram Story after reportedly reposting a video of a father and her pilot dad. She captioned the repost, “Awww. My dad steals from me and tells everyone I’m in the Illuminati.”The year before, in 2023, she told XXL that she felt regrets over mixing business and family.

“…Mixing family and business, thats, like, one of my biggest regrets. I was introduced to everyone with my dad as my manager, and now we dont even speak, so its like, I hate that,” Latto reportedly said.

It’s unclear when the daughter and father resolved their differences. However, he was present at her cheetah-inspired baby shower and even shared footage from the event that went viral.
