Throughout the years, weve watched several NowThatsTV girlies make their way over to Zeus and join the networks growing reality TV lineup. Back in April, Zeus CEO Lemuel Plummer teased a possible collaboration between the two networks.
Now, the tables appear to be turning as some familiar Zeus ‘Baddies’ pop up in projects on the other side. With Lemuel re-entering the chat, viewers are wondering what this could mean for some of their favorite reality show stars.
On Tuesday, NowThatsTV took to Instagram to announce its upcoming show, Girls Will Be Girls: Act 1, featuring several familiar faces. The cast includes Zeus ‘Baddies’ MariahLynn, Ivori and Tesehki, who appeared alongside other ladies in the announcement for the upcoming show.
NowThatsTV wrote in its caption, SURPRISEEE. DID YALL SEE THIS CAST COMING?! A brand new show with the girls yall KNOW and LOVE to watch is coming to NowThatsTV! Girls just wanna have fun but THESE girls?! Aint no telling how this is about to go! Who yall think about to get WILD & who just coming for a good time?! Drop a comment.
Following the announcement, Zeus CEO Lemuel Plummer took to his Instagram Story. He shared few messages that appeared to address the cast reveal.
I guess when one Baddie is no longer the heaviest hitter and another has tens of thousands of people signing petitions demanding she stay off the show, they both realize their value has diminished and run to the knockoff Tubi/Temu brand. We already know they dont have Zeus budgets so yall must be accepting EBT payments or something
He continued, Anyway, contractual breaches are very real and we will vigorously enforce every right and remedy afforded to us under the respective agreements they signed.
Lemuel later added, My team just spoke with some of the Baddies regarding that fake news announcement. Apparently, they dont even have signed agreements with these girls they merely offered them $10K-$15K to experience gang violence lol.

Following Lemuel Plummers posts, many viewers assumed he was referring to ‘Baddies’ stars Tesehki and MariahLynn. Tesehki was previously known as one of the shows heavy hitters before her fight with Big Lex, while MariahLynn recently faced backlash from viewers.
MariahLynn entered the chat with a message about knowing her worth and recognizing when it is time to move on.
One thing about knowing your worth you also gotta know when its time to take your value somewhere its actually VALUED. So while yall are counting pockets, petitions and networks, Im counting new beginnings. Never be scared to leave a table that stopped serving you especially when I brought plenty to it.
Lemuel seemingly reacted to Mariahlynns message by jokingly using lyrics from her ‘Once Upon a Time’ song. Once upon a time not long ago like today were looking to cast a Newport-less, blonde-haired blue-eyed Baddie.
Mariahlynn continued with two more messages, writing, No Pennies were exchanged, before addressing Lemuels comments about contracts. Cant scream breach when you breached first.
Ivori took to Live to speak out as well directly addressing Lemmy.
She stated, Lemmy, I hope youre not talking about me. I pray youre not talking about me. Im still coming to the reunion. Im still gonna perform. Im still gonna beat every b***h that I need to beat up.
Ivori explained that shes focused on making money, taking care of her kids, and answering whenever either network calls her.She also made it clear she isnt picking sides because neither Zeus nor NowThatsTV currently has her under an exclusive contract.
Ivori said she plans to work with both networks unless one begins paying her consistently. Although Diamond The Body wasnt involved in the situation, she also shared her thoughts about the conversation surrounding the cast members. Diamond said she doesnt believe anyone should be penalized for going elsewhere and getting money.
Many gathered under The Shade Room Teens as they reacted to Lemuel Plummers posts, debating whether Lemmy or the ‘Baddies’ were wrong when it came to making certain business moves.
