As fans and celebrities react to the death of Liam Payne, his presumed final recorded moments are going viral. Content from Liam’s Snapchat shows him in a grateful mood just hours before he passed away from a three-story fall.

News about Liam dying is still raw, with state police in Argentina confirming the incident occurred on Oct. 16. The former One Direction performer had been staying at the CaSasur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires when he fell from his room balcony. Investigations have yet to publicly announce whether the death is considered accidental or suicidal. However, per TMZ, witnesses said the fall happened a little after 5 p.m. local time.

As mentioned, posts from Liam’s Snapchat account seemingly show the One Direction artist in a solid mood. Note that while this content was shared on Liam’s account on Wednesdaythe same day as his deathit’s unclear if it was taken on the day he died or whether it was pre-scheduled content from a previous day or more.

Nonetheless, keep reading for a breakdown of the content going viral.One video shows him greeting fans with a “morning” while sitting at a dining table indoors and interacting with a nearby woman believed to be his girlfriend,Kate Cassidy. Inthe video, he said he was enjoying coffee and breakfast despite the time being about 1 p.m. The caption on the clip says, “Lovely day in Argentina.”

Another post is a photo of the patio and yard space of a yellow building. The caption said, “Happy I got some time away,” with a red heart emoticon.

According to the New York Post, a mirror selfie of Liam shirtless and posing with Katealso surfaced on Liam’s Snapchat account on Wednesday.

The outlet notes that Liam Payne’s account featured more content on the day of his death, including a “quality time” selfie with Kate and a photo of his dog “out like a light.” Ultimately, Page Six reports that Liam Payne posted nearly a dozen posts on Snapchat Stories in the hours before his death, and they have all since been deleted.

Celebrities React To Liam Payne’s Passing

Amid news of Liam’s death, celebrities have begun to share their condolences online. Paris Hilton, Flavor Flav, Juicy J, and DJ Zedd are four entertainment industry names that took to X (formerly Twitter) with their reactions.

Paris wrote, “So upsetting to hear the news of @LiamPayne passing. Sending love and condolences to his family & loved ones. RIP my friend.”

Flav said, “RIP to Liam Payne, much too young,” while Juicy J wrote, “R.I.P. Liam Payne wow I can’t believe it. Prayers up for the family.”

Meanwhile, DJ Zedd wrote, “RIP Liam…I can’t believe this is real…absolutely heartbreaking.”

Over on Instagram Stories, Ty Dolla $ign reshared a reel from Liam’s account and wrote, “Just talked to you 2 days ago my guy. Ima miss u frfr sucio @liampayne.”

Charlie Puth also spoke from his Instagram Stories, writing, “I am in shock right now. Liam was always so kind to me. He was one of the first major artists I got to work with. I can not believe he is gone.”

Liam was 31 at the time of his death and is survived by a seven-year-old son named Bear.
