Wayne Changes The Words To ‘Not Like Us’

We know y’all have been anxiously waiting to hear Wayne’s point of view on K.Dot vs. Drake, and he’s finally commented! This is the first time that the ‘A Milli’ hitmaker has reacted to Drake and Kendrick’s ongoing rap rivalry.

In a video obtained by The Shade Room that has begun trending online, Lil Wayne can be seen performing at Resort World in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Wayne took the stage to perform his hit collaborative track with Drake, ‘The Motto.’ Just before Drake’s verse drops, Wayne alters the lyrics to ‘Not Like Us,’ and instead seemingly raps, “They don’t like us.”

The brief clip shows Weezy F. Baby dancing while proudly flaunting his OVO chain, which represents Drake’s record label.

The new video proves Wayne’s stance on the beef and shows his loyalty to holding down his homie while seemingly throwing shade at Kendrick.

Social Media Reacts To Rapper

The Roomies quickly reacted to Lil Wayne’s words in The Shade Room comment section and quickly pointed out that he was supporting Drake by holding up an OVO chain.

Kendrick Raps About Wayne & Drake’s Relationship

It looks like Weezy is unfazed by Kendrick’s claims and will continue to hold his man Drake down.

Roomies, if you recall, K.Dot called out Drake for messing with Wayne’s girlfriend in ‘Not Like Us.’ Although he continuously comes for Drake throughout the song, in the Compton musician’s verse, he specifically says, “F****d on Wayne girl while he was in jail, that’s connivin,’ Then get his face tatted like a b***h apologizin”

Fans of both Drizzy and Weezy F. Baby know that they have been friends for years. In 2009, Wayne signed Drake to his Young Money Entertainment label, which eventually catapulted him into rap glory.

As The Shade Room previously reported, shortly after Kendrick released ‘Not Like Us,’ an old interview from 2016 with Wayne resurfaced. In the sit-down with HipHollywood, Tunechi admits that Drake was involved with his boo thang at the time.

However, Roommates these allegations are not new similar claims surfaced in 2015, 2016, and 2022. However, the timeline of the encounter described in Kendrick’s record is inaccurate.

In the 2016 HipHollywood interview, Weezy confirmed that Drake had been intimate with the woman he was once involved with, but he seemed unbothered by the situation.

Oh! I wasnt worried about that, thats just how life goes when you locked up. Now I remember, though, yeah, he wappedI know who he wapped, though. When you in jail though, even yo side side side side is your main, Tunechi said.
