Lil Yachty went off on a fan who interrupted a moment of silence honoring the late Juice WRLD during a concert on Friday. The outburst seemed to irritate the rapper enough that he began to seek out the person in the crowded audience before unleashing a tirade that left fans cheering in support.
Yachty was performing at a venue in Washington D.C. on Tyler, The Creators CHROMAKOPIA tour in view of thousands of fans. During his set, he paused his performance and asked the audience for a moment of reflection. But that moment didn’t last long, given that a concert-goer started making noises.
In a video shared on X, the rapper is on stage commanding the crowd with authority, shouting, “Shut the f**** up,” a comment that appeared to shock the person recording.
The ‘Gucci Flip Flops’ star pointed into the audience, praising their earlier respect by honoring his request before zeroing in on the disruptor with a clear focus. Yachty humorously demanded the lights be turned on after fellow concert-goers began pointing at the man making the noise. As the crowd pinpointed the man, Yachty arranged for a chorus of boos by the fans before making a light-hearted joke, saying, “You like rejection, dont ya?”Yachty considered giving the moment of silence another shot but quickly decided against it, convinced that the man would interrupt again.
“He wanna stand out. Whats your name? Devonte? Like a Devonte Jefferson,” the rapper said, jokingly mocking the mans appearance.I hate that n****, he adds before the lights begin to dim, and Yachty continues his set.
Unfortunately, the interruption from a fan during the moment of silence isnt an isolated incident. Just last week, when the tour made a stop in Pittsburgh, the same thing happened. A woman refused to remain silent during the sacred moment. In a video shared on TikTok, the crowd quiets down after Yachty respectfully requests silence. But as the noise reduces throughout the venue, one woman suddenly yells at the top of her lungs, shocking Yachty.

Yachty, clearly unamused by the fan’s disrespect, stared in disbelief before the crowd began booing the woman for her actions. “I just know, whoever talked, whatever woman that talked during a moment of silence, they got dirty panties,” the artist said. “Because any classy woman wouldnt talk in the middle of a moment of silence.”
