The Rules Are Simple:
1.Follow@TheShadeRoom+@TheShadeRoomTeens.
2.Be over the age of 18 years old and residing in the United States.
3.Join the live broadcast of the trivia game onWednesday, December 22, 2021at8PM EST/5PM PST.
4.Contestants will be selected at random during the live broadcast of the trivia game by the host of the game.
5.After they are selected for the trivia game, contestants will be given a series of three questions that range in levels of difficulty. Contestants will have approximately 10 seconds to answer each question.
6. Contestants who answer their first questioncorrectly will win $250. After answering the first question correctly, contestants shall each have the opportunity to cash out immediately or to forfeit their winnings to try to answer the second question correctly. Contestants who answer their second questions correctly will win $500 total. After answering the second question correctly, contestants shall each have the right to cash out immediately, or to forfeit their winnings to try to answer the third question correctly. Contestants who answer their third questions correctly will win $1,000 total.If a contestant answers any question incorrectly, that contestant shall no longer be eligible to continue in the live trivia game and is no longer allowed to answer questions and/or win cash prizes.
7.Contestants may also be given a series of bonus and/or wildcard requests during the live trivia game, which may include, but is not limited to, on-the-spot requests for talent performances (i.e., dancing, singing, rap freestyles, etc.). Contestants are not required to participate in these bonus and/or wildcard requests in order to be eligible to participate in the live trivia game and such participation shall be at each contestant’s discretion.The prizes(s) for these bonus and/or wildcard requests, if any, shall be determined at the discretion of the host of the live trivial game.
8.Contestants will be mailed their prizes from the live trivia game within90 daysof the game, provided that the contestant (a) presents evidence of a valid drivers license, ID card, and/or passport verifying the contestants name and age, (b) provides a valid address where their winnings can be mailed or, in the alternative, CashApp or PayPal account information, and (c) provides completed and executed tax forms, as requested by The Shade Room.
9.No purchase is required or necessary to participate in this live triviagame or in the bonus and/or wildcard requests.
10.All information relating to the participant’s contact information must be true and accurate. TSR is not responsible for any internet outages, blackouts, downtime, or any other technical or delivery issues related to Instagram, mail carriers, PayPal, CashApp, and/or other parties. TSR is also not responsible for any inaccuracies, omissions and/or mistakes in the information provided to it by the participant, even if such inaccuracies, omissions, and/or mistakes are subsequently modified or corrected by the participant.
