In just a few days, the champ Floyd Mayweather and YouTuber Logan Paul will be squaring off in the ring and the anticipation has been building up, Chile!
On Thursday, Showtime Sports–which will be airing the exhibition fight–held a special, pre-fight media day and things got real tense between Floyd Mayweather and Logan Paul.
Yall remember the last time the Paul brothers and Floyd Mayweather were in the same vicinity? Things got heated when Logans brother Jake Paul snatched Floyds signature TMT hat during a press conference, prompting Floyds team to scuffle with the social media personality.
Its heavily implied that Jake planned the stunt, as he already had pre-printed merch that featured the phrase Gotcha Hat.
Floyd was visibly stewing in anger after the Paul brothers tried him and he let them boys know he clearly didnt forget what went down when he had a lil staredown with Logan Paul on Thursday.
The glares between the two fighters were killer but Floyd especially wasnt letting up. At one point, their faces got real close, prompting Logan Paul to joke that Floyd tried to kiss him during the intimidating staredown.
Logan Paul holds a significant size advantage over Floyd Mayweather, making the video extra entertaining.
But Logans size advantage will unlikely be enough to defeat Floyd when you consider the seasoned fighters skill level, as mentioned by MMA Mania.
Mayweather sports a 50-0 professional record after disposing of some of the best fighters in the world, so a few extra inches and a couple of extra pounds probably wont make much difference, the website says.
