Lori Harvey and Damson Idris are setting the record straight amid break-up talks. After appearing solo at the same event, Lori and Damson went viral as fans discussed the status of their relationship.
Hours after The Daily Mail first reported the solo sighting, they shared an exclusive statement withThe Hollywood Reporter.Short and to the point, Lori Harvey and Damson revealed they’re no longer together romantically.
“We are at a point in our lives where our individual paths require our full attention and dedication. We part ways remaining friends with nothing but love and respect for each other and the time we shared together,” the statement reads.
There are no additional details about what led to the split or how long they’ve been single. Photos available on Getty Images show they spent time in Paris between late September and early October.
As mentioned, the update comes after Lori Harvey and her former bae pulled up and left Odell Beckham Jr.’s party separately. According to Daily Mail, it was the second star-studded event Lori was spotted at without Damson in tow. That event was Kendall Jenner’s Halloween party.
The solo outings raised eyebrows for fans because it was an unusual sighting in their public romance. Rumors of their dating reportedly started in December 2022 with a sighting at the restaurant Catch in Los Angeles. The following month, Damson dedicated a social media birthday shoutout to the 26-year-old. By February, Lori Harvey and Damson appeared hand-in-hand at a red carpet event — cementing their romantic tie.
Since then — and until early October — the former couple kept fans updated on their relationship through social posts on their Instagram accounts.
Earlier this week, when those same fans noticed that the model and actor had scrubbed their Instagram feeds of each other, it sent red flags flying! It’s unclear why the pair unfollowed each other — despite remaining friends.
As for their “individual paths,” Lori Harvey and Damson Idris lead busy lives! This year, Lori doubles as a skincare and swimwear entrepreneur and model/ambassador for luxury brands.
Meanwhile, Damson is likely still filming for a new Formula One racing movie alongside Brad Pitt. Variety announced the Apple Originals Films project in April.
Neither of them has addressed the break-up on their independent social media accounts.
