Roomies, Lupita Nyong’o and Joshua Jackson have been spotted getting cozy once again. As The Shade Room previously reported, the pair were initially seen together at a Janelle Monae concert on October 18, 2023.
The spotting occurred after Jackson’s estranged wife, Jodie Turner-Smith, filed for divorce earlier that month.
In December 2023, the pair also fueled dating speculation by walking hand in hand in Joshua Tree, California.
Nyong’o celebrated her 41st birthday on Friday, March 1. Paparazzi spotted her and Jackson celebrating the milestone with a “romantic retreat” in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, on Sunday, March 3.

As The Shade Room previously reported, Jodie Turner-Smith recently broke her silence after filing for divorce from Jackson in October 2023. While speaking with The Times, Turner-Smith explained the importance of making the “healthiest” decision for oneself and one’s family.
“Sometimes things we really want to work just dont end up working,” she said. “And thats OK. The most important thing is that you choose whats healthiest for you and your family and definitely your children.”
Turner-Smith explained that you can get “invisible scars” from staying in places not meant for you.
“There are so many different moments in our life where we look at ourselves and say, Who am I and am I being true to that? If the answer is no, then you have to make a move because I believe that there are invisible scars from staying in places that are not good for us,” she went on to say. “And they dont just affect us, they affect everybody around us.”
Ultimately, the actor explained that she wouldn’t call her and Jackson’s relationship a failure.
“We obviously had such a beautiful moment together,” she explained. “And now its time for a new moment for both of us. And how exciting! The bravest thing in the world is to recognize when somethings not working and to make a move…”
