It looks like the “Pokmon Go” saga continues, and this time the game is interfering with someones daytime job.
According to The Guardian, Tom Currie from New Zealand has decided to quit his job as a barista at a restaurant to play “Pokmon Go” full-time.
Apparently, the 24-year-old is out to catch all 151 Pokmon throughout the woodland in New Zealand. He said, I have been working for six years and I was desperate for a break. And Pokmon gave me the chance to live that dream.
If youre wondering how he will finance his journey without having a job, hes already has that figured out. Hes been sleeping on his friends couches and staying at hostels. Since hes gained popularity, transportation companies have offered him free rides to help assist with his mission.
Having already capture 90 of 151 Pokmon, Currie says he plans to work on his new business once the journey comes to an end.
Seems like Pokmon Go continues to get more serious as the days go by.
