Police Say Incident Happened In The Middle Of The Day

According to CBS News, investigators found that the man walked two mixed-breed dogs into a parking deck at around 2:30 pm on July 25, 2025.
The parking deck is reportedly located at 16th Street NW and Fowler Street NW. Somewhere inside the deck, the man sexually assaulted the dogs. The extent and specifics of the rape are not clear at this time. Surveillance cameras later captured the man leaving the Atlantic station parking deck on foot, and solo.

Fulton County police say the man was Black, about average height, between 5 feet, 6 inches and 5 feet, 9 inches. This man reportedly has tattoo sleeves on both arms, and gray facial hair, including a goatee. His age is unknown. He’s seemingly facing animal cruelty charges.

What Do Atlanta Police Know About The Dogs?

CBS reports that the deceased dogs were male and female and of mixed breed. The male was a tan color, and the female had “a dark brindle and white” coat.

Police do not have motive at this time. There’s also no additional information about ownership of the dogs. They’re asking the Atlanta public to come forward if they recognize the dogs or the man and his whereabouts. Captain N. Dwyer is accepting tips at 470-312-3090 or at nicole.dwyer@fultoncountyga.gov.
